Established in 1995, Cosmos Wire Eroding is a proudly South African, full capacity precision machining company.
We have been operating for nearly 25 years and provide EDM services to over 200 companies across South Africa.
We provide all aspects of precision manufacturing services, including milling, turning, surface grinding, focusing on wire and ram EDM and high-speed small hole drilling that is dependable, efficient and cost effective.
Our machines include: Two Reciprocating Wire Eroding Machines, six Continuously-fed Submersible Wire Eroding Machines, one C-Tek CNC Machining Centre, two 50amp Conventional Spark Eroding Machines, one Conventional Turret Milling Machine, two Surface Grinding Machines and three Small Hole EDM Machine.
